Beth & Dyl’s Perfect Day: Sunshine, Mountains, and Memories
I recently had the privilege of photographing Beth and Dyl's wedding, a fantastic event set against the breathtaking Welsh mountains. The day was marked by brilliant sunshine, laughter, flower grannies and a laid-back atmosphere that made everything feel just right.
From the start, Beth and Dyl set the tone with a relaxed vibe, opting for vibrant street food stalls that not only fed the guests but also added a fun, colorful element to the festivities.
One of the highlights for me was capturing Beth's sneaky glances towards the ceremony garden, filled with anticipation. It’s these candid moments that really bring the spirit of a wedding to life. And when it came to the confetti throw, the excitement was unmistakable—proof that you can never have too much confetti!
Later, the venue owner treated us to a ride up the mountain for some couple portraits. Despite their eagerness to return to their guests, I nudged Beth and Dyl to take a quick detour through a bluebell forest nearby. It was a photographer's dream, and thankfully, Beth agreed it was worth the extra time.
As the day turned into evening, the guests relaxed on the lawn, enjoying the stunning mountain sunset, while one of Beth’s friends delivered a memorable vocal performance.
